Terms of Use

Welcome to Wonders Score. By installing or using the application, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully — if you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Wonders Score, you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. The application is provided free of charge on Google Play.

Unofficial app — trademarks

Wonders Score is an unofficial fan companion for the 7 Wonders® board game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Repos Production or Asmodée.

  • 7 Wonders®, Leaders, Cities, Armada, Edifice and Wonder Pack are trademarks of Repos Production / Asmodée.
  • The application uses publicly known scoring rules from the published rulebooks.
  • All game-related artwork, branding and content remain the property of their respective trademark holders. The application does not redistribute the original game material (cards, boards, rulebooks, artwork).

Intellectual property — application

All original content of Wonders Score (UI, source code, original artwork, original copy, icons not derived from third parties) is owned by MOLLARD Jérôme. Any reproduction, modification, redistribution or commercial exploitation of these original elements, in whole or in part, requires prior written consent.

Permitted use

You may use Wonders Score for any lawful, personal, non-commercial purpose: tracking your own games, sharing scores with friends, exporting your history.

You agree not to:

  • use the application for unlawful purposes,
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the application for the purpose of building a competing commercial product,
  • attempt to disrupt or compromise the application's stability or security,
  • redistribute the application or substantial parts of it outside the official Google Play Store.

Local data and backup

All your game data (players, games, scores, settings) is stored locally on your device, in a database called 7wonders.db. There is no cloud backup, no account and no automatic sync.

The About screen exposes a JSON export and import feature using the Android Storage Access Framework. We strongly recommend you export your history regularly if it matters to you — for example before changing devices, clearing app data, or uninstalling.

We are not liable for any loss of local data caused by an uninstall, a factory reset, a device failure or a manual "Clear data" action.

Service availability — disclaimer

Wonders Score is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of computations or uninterrupted availability.

We try our best to keep the application stable, the scoring rules accurate and the data formats consistent across versions, but:

  • the application may contain bugs or scoring inaccuracies,
  • updates may change behaviour or migrate local data,
  • the application may be discontinued at our sole discretion,
  • the Google Play Store may delist the application for reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we decline any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or impossibility to use the application, including but not limited to loss of game records, scoring disputes, incompatibilities with specific 7 Wonders® rule interpretations, or any other inconvenience.

If you spot a scoring bug, a wrong rule or an inaccuracy, please contact us at dje073@gmail.com and we will do our best to fix it in a future release.

Ads — free version

The free version of Wonders Score is supported by ads served via the LevelPlay / IronSource SDK. By using the free version, you accept the display of ads, subject to your consent managed through Google's UMP consent form. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute related to the use of the application will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the application after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
